The staff was affable, efficient all the time. The suite was modern, very well taken care of. We had a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a refrigerator in the room.

The room was clean with a microwave, coffee/tea makers and a fridge. What I liked was the very, very nice and friendly personnel. The property's location was comfortable, in the middle of jackson.

Although everything was great, some of the staff were poorly trained.

Families might want to consider elsewhere

The room was spacious enough for my family, and we had easy breakfast choices which suited our needs. The walk-in shower was great for my disabled daughter, but those square pillows. I'll never understand why they don't just use regular pillows.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but I guess we made do.

Really good Stay with Perfect Service!

I booked a Standard King Room for a work trip and was kinda surprised. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The staff were pretty good too assist me when my room key malfunctioned. Highly recommend trying the local restaurants nearby for dinner!
